Refund and return policy
Overview
Our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Some types of goods are excluded from return. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or hygiene articles, hazardous goods or flammable liquids or gases.

- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some articles on health and body care
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations in which only partial refunds are granted:
- Book with clear signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS cassette, software, video game, cassette or record that has been opened.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts that are not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.
Delayed or missing refunds
If you have not yet received a refund, please check your bank account again first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially booked.
Then contact your bank. It often takes some time before a refund is posted.

Articles for sale
Only items at the regular price can be refunded. Sold out items cannot be refunded.
Exchange markets
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange the item, send us an email to {email address} and send the item to: {physical address}.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and was shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item has been received, a gift voucher will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or the gift giver sent the order to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
Returns
To return your product, please send it to: {physical address}.
You must bear the shipping costs for returning your item yourself. The shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, it may take a different amount of time for your replaced product to arrive.
If you are returning more expensive items, you should use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
