Guarantee policy

1. 30-day right of return

Customers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 days of the date of purchase if the license key has not been activated or used. In this case, we will refund the full purchase price.

2. lifetime replacement guarantee

After the 30-day withdrawal period, we offer a lifetime replacement guarantee on all digital products. This warranty covers cases in which the supplied license key does not work or technical problems occur during installation or activation, provided these were not caused by improper use or incompatible systems.

3. statutory warranty

Irrespective of our voluntary guarantee, the statutory warranty rights under German law apply. This includes in particular the provision of a defect-free digital service.

4. requirements for warranty services

• The customer must report the disruption immediately in writing or by e-mail.
• The fault must be related to software provision or license activation.
• A technical check by our support team may be necessary.
• In the event of a justified complaint, a new license key or a functionally equivalent product will be delivered.
