Returns and refunds

1. return of digital products

For all digital software products purchased via our online store, there is a right of return of 30 days from the date of purchase. Within this period you can withdraw from the contract if one of the following cases applies:

• The license key provided does not work.
• The software was not provided as described.
• There are technical problems with the deployment or activation of the product that were not caused by your system environment.

Note: Returns are excluded if the license key has been successfully activated and there is no technical defect.

2. refund procedure

As soon as your return request has been checked and approved, the full purchase price will be refunded within 7 working days on the payment method originally used.

3. expiry of the right of withdrawal

In accordance with Section 356 (5) BGB, the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content expires if:

• you have expressly consented to the performance of the contract commencing before expiry of the withdrawal period, and
• You have confirmed that you are aware that you will lose your right of withdrawal.

This applies in particular to software downloads and electronic license deliveries that can be activated immediately after purchase.

Legal notice

We would like to point out that the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content that is not delivered on a physical data carrier expires in accordance with Section 356 (5) BGB if:

• you have expressly consented to us commencing performance of the contract before expiry of the withdrawal period, and
• you have confirmed that you are aware that you lose your right of withdrawal by giving your consent.

This consent is obtained as part of our ordering process. If this has not taken place, the statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with § 355 BGB remains in force.
