📄 General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
§ 1 Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between the seller and the customer via the online store.
Customers within the meaning of these terms and conditions are both consumers and entrepreneurs. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction
for purposes which can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.
An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person or a partnership with legal capacity who, when concluding the contract, is exercising
their commercial or independent professional activity.

§ 3 Subject matter of the contract
The object of the contract is the sale of digital software products, in particular license keys for operating systems and Office applications.
§ 4 Conclusion of contract
- The presentation of the products in the online store does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order.
- By clicking on the "Buy now" button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods in the shopping cart.
- The seller confirms receipt of the order immediately by e-mail. This order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the offer.
- The contract only comes into effect with the seller's express declaration of acceptance, which is sent in a separate e-mail (order confirmation).
§ 5 Delivery and availability
- Digital products are delivered exclusively by e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the customer.
- If an ordered product is not available, the customer will be informed immediately. In this case, the seller reserves the right to withdraw from the contract.
§ 6 Prices and terms of payment
- All prices include the statutory value added tax.
- Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the online store.
§ 7 Right of withdrawal
Consumers are generally entitled to a right of withdrawal. In the case of digital content, however, the right of withdrawal expires if the customer has expressly consented,
that the seller begins with the execution of the contract before the expiry of the withdrawal period and the customer has confirmed his knowledge of this,
that he loses his right of revocation as a result of this consent (Section 356 (5) BGB).
§ 8 Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. In the case of digital products, there is no warranty claim in the event of incompatibility with the

§ 9 Liability
The seller shall be liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. The seller shall only be liable for slight negligence in the event of a breach of a material contractual obligation (cardinal obligation).
§ 10 Final provisions
- The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
- Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
