In the Professional 2019 edition, Microsoft Visio remains the best tool for designing diagrams in companies and using common industry standards such as IEEE as a guide. New data is imported directly from popular other programs such as Excel into Microsoft Visio Professional 2019. This saves time when editing diagrams, as manual input is less frequent. Countless colors, shapes and graphics are available to bring those diagrams to life and clearly display even large amounts of information, putting the focus on the data that is really important to the viewer. The program also supports the integration of drawings created in the popular AutoCAD software. This also considerably extends the range of functions, as even complex shapes become possible.
Microsoft Visio Professional 2019 will also immediately change the display of the project as soon as data of any kind that has already been integrated into the diagram changes. To do this, the program constantly scans the integrated data - regardless of where it comes from and whether it is available locally or in the network - and then immediately passes on changes to the current diagram. This means that everyone working on the project always has an overview and works together on a single version of the diagram. Dispensing with manual updates also simplifies the work process and saves a lot of time in the long term.
Microsoft has developed Microsoft Visio Professional 2019 so that it is only compatible with one of the editions of Windows 10 and Windows 10S. It is not possible to run the software with an older version of Windows. Furthermore, this offer is a product key for a desktop PC or notebook. There are no additional subscription costs. Microsoft guarantees to provide this software with updates for at least five years.
