Standaard)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><b>2. conflict over beschikbaarheid van hulpbronnen<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Een taak kan worden gepland tijdens niet-werkuren voor een resource.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Stappen om te verhelpen:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ga naar de <\/span><b>Hulpmiddelenblad<\/b><b>\n<p><\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Dubbelklik op de bron<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In de <\/span><b>Werktijd wijzigen<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> dialoog, zorg ervoor dat de beschikbaarheid overeenkomt met de taakplanning<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Controleer op uitzonderingen of aangepaste werktijden<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Indien nodig:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Wijs een basiskalender toe aan de bron (bijv. nachtdienst of 24 uur)<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><b>3. overlappende niet-werktijd<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Meerdere kalenders kunnen feestdagen of niet-werktijden bevatten die elkaar overlappen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Oplossing:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Open <\/span><b>Werktijd wijzigen<\/b><b>\n<p><\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Bekijk uitzonderingen in de kalenders<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Begin-\/eindtijden of verschuivingen van werkdagen dienovereenkomstig aanpassen<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Zorg ervoor dat alle betrokken kalenders correct worden bijgewerkt om de werkelijke beschikbaarheid weer te geven.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><b>4e taak toegewezen aan een niet-werkdag<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Als een taak is gepland op een feestdag of in een weekend en de toegewezen agenda markeert deze als niet-werkend, dan wordt de taak niet uitgevoerd.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Herstellen:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">De kalender of duur van de taak wijzigen<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Pas de kalender uitzonderingen aan<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Of verplaats de begindatum van de taak handmatig, indien van toepassing<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><b>5 Een ongepaste basiskalender gebruiken<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Als je de basiskalender \"24 uur\" of \"nachtdienst\" gebruikt terwijl deze niet overeenkomt met je werkelijke werkomstandigheden, kunnen taken zich onverwacht gedragen.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Oplossing:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ga naar <\/span><b>Project &gt; Werktijd wijzigen<\/b><b>\n<p><\/b><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Een aangepaste basiskalender maken of aanpassen die de echte werktijden weergeeft<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Wijs deze kalender toe aan:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">De project<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Bronnen<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Specifieke taken, indien nodig<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><b>6. geen gemeenschappelijke werktijd tussen taak en middelen<\/b><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Deze situatie doet zich voor wanneer een taak is gepland op basis van een kalender die geen overlap heeft met de beschikbaarheid van de toegewezen resource.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Hoe op te lossen:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">De taakkalender bekijken<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Bekijk de resourcekalender<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Zorg ervoor dat beide kalenders ten minste een deel van de werktijd overlappen<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Zo niet, overweeg het dan:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Beschikbaarheid van hulpbronnen wijzigen<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Taakkalender wijzigen<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Of de taak toewijzen aan een ander hulpmiddel met aangepaste beschikbaarheid<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">\n<p><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><b>Aangepaste kalenders maken en beheren<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Soms zijn standaard kalenders niet voldoende. Hoewel het nuttig is in specifieke gevallen (zoals werk voor derden), kan het verwarring veroorzaken als het niet gedocumenteerd is.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><b>Scenario uit de praktijk<\/b><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Laten we zeggen dat je een bouw project runt. Je project agenda is ingesteld om te werken van maandag tot vrijdag, 8 AM tot 5 PM. Je wijst een taak toe aan een onderaannemer die alleen 's nachts werkt en een andere resourcekalender heeft (8 PM tot 4 AM, maandag tot zaterdag).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Je merkt dan dat de taak niet goed op de planning staat.
